Orders are packed with care and shipped to the address entered at checkout. Shipping times can vary based on item type, order volume, and carrier timing.

• Pre-made art is usually packed after the order is placed.
• Snail Mail Club ships monthly.
• Commission shipping timing depends on the approved project timeline.

Snail Mail Club packages are mailed once per month. Subscribe on or by the 25th of the month to be included in the next batch shipped on the 1st. If you subscribe after the cutoff, your first package may ship with the following month’s batch unless you contact me urgently.

If something arrives damaged or seems lost in transit, use the contact page with your order number and a quick description. Photos are helpful for damaged items. I will do my best to help you.

Because many items are handmade, custom, or one-of-a-kind, returns are handled case by case.

• Custom commissions are generally final sale once approved.
• Original art returns may be reviewed if the item is unused and undamaged.
• Shipping costs may not be refundable, and return shipping will not be covered if a return is granted.

If you need to cancel an order, send a message as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped or a commission has already started, cancellation may not be available.

Snail Mail Club renews monthly. You can cancel before your next billing date. If a package has already been prepared or shipped, that month may still be fulfilled.
